Cassie McCann, Move Coordinator for Corrigan’s Grand Rapids location, was awarded the United Van Lines’ Heart of Quality Award. The award recognizes Cassie’s exceptional dedication to customer service. United Van Lines President and CEO Marc Rogers presented the award to Cassie virtually at the recent Learned Conference held in early March.
A move coordinator plays an essential role in a customer’s move. They act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the move and is always available to answer questions and make sure everything goes smoothly.
