The United Certified Move Coordinator certification program was introduced as a way to spotlight this extraordinary group of professionals who work diligently to provide their customers with outstanding service.
The annual certification process provides recognition and reinforces standards of performance. Those wishing to earn certification must meet a number of criteria including training, earning professional development credits, passing a final exam and earning exceptional quality scores on the post-move survey.
There are three tiers of distinction within the Certified Move Coordinator program: silver, gold, and platinum. In order to receive the silver distinction, the coordinator must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 88% or above. To receive the gold distinction, the coordinator must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 92% or above. To receive the platinum distinction, the coordinator must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 96% or above.
